The Scent Of Gods:

Oudh oil or Agarwood oil has been termed the Scent of Gods. Oudh wood has a history of thousands of years. The natural scent of Oudh is extracted from the wood of these trees. The normal Agarwood/Oudh trees have no odour.

However, when a Fungus attacks the wood, the tree responds by producing a dark resin, which is an immune response. The fungus spreads through the whole wood, making it heavy due to production of the dark resin. The formation of the dark resin in the tree becomes the source of the rare and precious Oudh oil.
